Common Questions Before Booking
How far in advance should I book my charter?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak sailfish season (December–April). For last-minute bookings, contact us via WhatsApp for the fastest response on availability.
Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve my charter?
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, especially during peak season. We accept PayPal for deposits and full payments. Contact us to discuss payment arrangements for your specific dates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your scheduled departure. In the case of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, we will reschedule at no charge or provide a full refund. The captain makes the final go/no-go decision.
How do I get to Quepos Marina?
Quepos Marina is located in the town of Quepos, about 3 km from Manuel Antonio National Park. Most hotels in the area offer shuttle service. We also offer hotel pickup and drop-off as an optional add-on — ask us when booking.
Can you accommodate large groups or special events?
Our charters accommodate up to 6 passengers per boat. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple boats departing together. We also work with corporate groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and special celebrations — contact us to discuss your needs.
